John Egwim, A Nigerian Polish-based artist formally known by his stage name “Slimwire” Now rebranded as “Slimm J” hails from Okigwe, born 16th September 1994 from Imo State. Studied mechanical engineering in one of the best universities in the South-East.

Slimm J ‘ is a very intelligent and reserved individual. Enjoys skating sports, He started his music career fully in 2019 as an Afrobeat singer, songwriter, and performer. Slim J is an independent artist.
